Agreement on Submission of Photos to ExperienceClovis.com

Please read the following Submission
Agreement:
In contributing to
ExperienceClovis.com,
an online community magazine, you agree to give
us a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to
publish your own photos on this magazine,
without any payment or compensation to you.
We will put your name on any of your photos that
we publish, and will
include a link to your website if you request.
Your photos will be displayed in slide show
format.
By submitting your photos to
ExperienceClovis.com, you
are certifying that they are your original work
and that you have a legal right to authorize us
to publish them in this online magazine. Please
note that when you submit your photos to
ExperienceClovis.com,
you still own the copyrights to those photos.
This means you are free to have your materials
publishes on any other publications of your
choice. We respect your copyrights. Therefore,
we will never use your photos anywhere else
without your expressed permission. We Will
Never Sell Your
Photos.
We reserve the right to
decide which photos that have been
submitted to us will be published on
ExperienceClovis.com.
Photo Submission
Guideline:
1. Photos must be
taken by the person who submits the photos to
ExperienceClovis.com
2. Photographer must submit his/her full
name and contact information along with the
photos.
3. Photos must be free of vulgarity, nudity, porn, violence
or advertisement of illegal products and
activities.
Please
send your photos via email as attached files in .jpg
format. Do not include any other attached files. The
size of your photos should not be larger than 480
pixels wide by 360 pixels high. You can also post
your photos on the Web, then send us the URL via
email and we will download them from there.
Also remember to include
your name, your home town and state, and a caption or
a brief note about what is in your photos and
appropriate section for your photos to be placed.
