Agreement:
In contributing to
ExperienceClovis.com,
an online community magazine,
you agree to give us a royalty-free,
non-exclusive license to publish your stories,
tips, recipes
and your own photos on this online magazine,
without any payment or compensation to you.
We will put your name on any of your articles,
recipes, or
photos that we publish, and will also
include a link to your website if you request.
By submitting your stories, recipes, tips,
ideas, or photos to us, you
are certifying that they are your original work
and that you have a legal right to authorize us
to publish them in this online magazine. Please
note that when you submit your articles, recipes or
photos to
ExperienceClovis.com, you still own the copyright to
those articles, recipes and photos. This
means you are free to have your materials
publishes somewhere else.
We reserve the right to edit your articles, recipes and
comments for clarity,
length, and style. We also reserve the right to
decide which stories, recipes, comments, and photos that have been
submitted to us will be published on
ExperienceClovis.com.
Stories Submission
Guideline:
1. Article must be
original and must be written by the
person who submits the article to
ExperienceClovis.com
2. Author must submit his/her full
name and contact information with the article.
3. Article must be free of profanity, vulgarity, self promotion, porn, violence
or advertisement of illegal products, and
hateful material.

send your high quality photos via email as attached files in .jpg
format. Do not include any other attached files. The
size of your photos should not be larger than 480
pixels wide by 360 pixels high. You can also post
your photos on the Web, then send us the URL via
email and we will download them from there.
Also remember to include
your name, your home town and state, and a caption or
a brief note about what is in your photos and
appropriate section for your photos to be placed.
