Saturday, April 16th & Sunday, April 17th -- The 19th Annual Tulare Antique Equipment Parade
Time: 9:30 a.m.
Location: Tulare, California
Direction: Traveling north on Hwy 99, exit at Avenue 184 or Avenue 200 and follow the signs. Traveling south on Hwy 99, exit at Paige Avenue or Avenue 200.
Each year a large number of exhibitors, participate in what has become an excellent antique tractor parade. The Antique Tractor and Truck Parade has over 400 entries, which drive down the heart of the International Agri-Center Grounds on "Median St.". Crowds of people, of all ages, fill the bleachers and line the show ground streets to see the farm equipment of past years showcased by antique collectors from all over the U.S.

Friday, Saturday & Sunday, April 15th, 16th & 17th -- The 19th Annual California Antique Farm Equipment Show
The 19th Annual California Antique Farm Equipment Show, showcasing the agriculture industry's heritage. This show features over 900 exhibitors from throughout CA and the United States, displaying their antique tractors, engines and other antique farm equipment.

HOURS
8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday April 15, 2011
8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday April 16, 2011
8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 17, 2011

LOCATION: International Agri-Center, 4500 South Laspina Street, Tulare California
Located in California’s Central Valley, 45 miles south of Fresno and 60 miles north of Bakersfield, just off U.S. Highway 99. Airfields are located in Tulare, Visalia, Fresno and Bakersfield.

ADMISSION
General Admission: $8 (Children 12 and under FREE)
Tram service will be available Saturday and Sunday between the show grounds and Antique Museaum at the Heritage Complex throughout show hours.

    Please note: All internet ticket purchases will be held at Will Call Office.
  • 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. On-Site Show Office Open - "R" Street and North Green Belt
  • 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. Admin. Building Show Office Open
  • 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Food Booths Open (East Greenbelt) Hospitality Booth #1, #2 (Pavilion C)           
  • 12 p.m. Antique Auction Consignments Cut-Off
  • 5 p.m. Show Closes
  • 5 p.m. Social Hour - Farm Credit Dairy Center
  • 6 p.m. Hamburger or Hot Dog Feed - located in the Farm Credit Dairy Center.
    Purchase tickets online - $6 each, Tickets Available at door - $6 each.

Thursday Nights in March 3rd -- ArtHop
The first Thursday of every month, galleries, studios and museums across Downtown Fresno and the Tower District are packed with thousands of Valley art lovers for a monthly event known as Arthop. It's organized by the Fresno Arts Council, and is a monthly opportunity to see new work, talk with local artists, meet new friends, and generally socialize with other who love the arts. Arthop is a free event, and many locations offer complimentary refreshments.
Art Hop starts at 5:00 PM and runs through 8:00 PM, and many locations stay open even later.

Knitting – Toys
Stuffed toys are fun for all ages! Come and learn to make some fun animals-teddy bears, giraffes, an octopus and more-depending on your skill level. Multiple patterns will be available to choose from. They make great Christmas gifts!! Knitting experience required. Bring size 8 needles and 4-ply yarn in color of your choosing.

Beading – An Introduction Class
Have you ever seen a necklace or bracelet in a catalog and thought, "I could make that"? Ever wished you could make your own jewelry to give as gifts, or simply add to your own collection? If so, this is the class for you! You'll learn the basic fundamentals, become familiar with the necessary tools, and learn the principles of design. Once you've mastered the basics, you'll be designing and creating your own fashionable jewelry in no time and at a fraction of the cost. The possibilities are limited only by your imagination! First class meets for a short orientation to discuss projects, and to hand out supply list.

Knitting – Level II
Have you looked through knitting magazines and seen beautiful sweaters and scarves with patterns included, but could not understand the directions? Fear no more! This class will teach you how to read patterns and abbreviations while you work on the project of your choice. Develop your knitting skills and enjoy pleasure and relaxation that will last for a lifetime. The first class meets for one hour orientation, and students are encouraged to bring a pattern to the first class.
