Celebrating the 125th Anniversary of Sequoia National Park and the 75th Anniversary of Kings Canyon National Park

In 2015, come celebrate Sequoia National Park's 125th Anniversary and Kings Canyon National Park's 75th Anniversary! Events are being planned to honor a combined two centuries of preserving and protecting giant sequoias and the wilderness of the Sierra Nevada for the benefit of the American people.
Saturday, 07/04/2015 -- Center Stage Strings
Location: St. Anthony's Retreat Center, Three Rivers, CA
Center Stage Strings pays musical tribute to the anniversaries of Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Students and faculty join together in a program of American music ranging from classical to jazz inspired and beyond.
St. Anthony's Retreat Center is in the town of Three Rivers, and is a fifteen-minute drive from the Ash Mountain entrance station.

Thursday, 07/09/2015 -- Center Stage Strings (Lodgepole Campground Amphitheater)
Location: Lodgepole Campground Amphitheater

Join us in Lodgepole for an evening of music in the park as students from Center Stage Strings hold a special musical performance honoring Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks' anniversaries.
