Intro to Aromatherapy
Explore the art of
Aromatherapy as you learn how this ancient therapy can
benefit your health and vitality and reduce stress and
tension. You will be introduced to essential oils, their
uses, how they work, and how to blend them for your
personal needs. Mrs. Sandhu has taught for over 25 years
and is a certified aroma therapist, reflexologist, and a
Reiki Master.
