Self Defense for Women
Don’t wait until it’s
too late! Learn assertive behaviors, use of defensive
tools such as pepper spray, and effective techniques to
protect yourself from assault. The class will feature
realistic scenario training and the opportunity to
practice simple, but devastating self defense techniques
against a trainer in full-contact suit. Mothers:
register with your daughter and her tuition will be
discounted to $35.
