We at
ExprerienceClovis.com online community magazine are
proud to present the finest selection of Community
Education classes in Central California that are
scheduled for Summer Session
2011, at various school sites in the City of Clovis.
For many
years, Clovis Adult Education Center has offered the
best and most affordable adult courses available in the
Valley, all year round.
For Spring Session 2011, there are
over 450 classes offered in various areas of interest to
the residents of Clovis and the neighboring areas in the Central Valley. The
classes are in the categories of Academics, English as a
Second Language, Clovis Family Literacy Program, Nursing
& Healthcare Education, Career Technical Education,
Community Education, and Older Adult Education.
There are
150 courses in the Community Education category for
Summer
2011. They are listed below.
These
Community Education classes are specially created mostly
for adults 18 years and older. These courses are taught
by experts in various fields and industries. Community
Education classes are not supported by state or federal tax
funds. Students pay a modest class fee sufficient to cover the
direct cost of instruction. In some classes, there is an
additional fee for supplies and/or materials.
